Husker-Hawkeye Tickets: What Would You Pay?

I was a the Boys Town Booster Club banquet last night in Omaha, NE to hear New England Patriots running back Danny Woodhead speak.    College football's all time leading rusher swears he is a legit 5'7 and 3/4.  He's pushing it, but he plays bigger than he is and always has.

On the the point of this blog post.   Part of the live auction, (2) two tickets to see the Nebraska and Iowa game in Lincoln on November 25.   The winning bidder pays $1500.   That's $750 each and it's just May! 

They also auctioned off (4) Ohio State vs. Nebraska tickets and they sold for $4050 but also including private parking and a couple of extra perks.   Still, $1000 per ticket is pretty impressive.

How much would you pay to see Nebraska vs. Iowa?   Or if you are Husker fan, Nebraska vs. any Big 10 School?

I have to be honest, and HD flat screen is what works for me, plus I can drink beer in the comfort of my own home!
