Fickell wants to be the head coach of the Buckeyes and he gets a season to prove his muster. I would still say the odds are against him.
For a guy who has never really been in the spotlight, he comes off calm, cool and collected on the biggest stage he's ever been on so far. It only gets bigger from here on out.
