I have known Marvin since he was was an assistant at UNO, he's a good person. But I will admit that it's never good when you hear someone leaves for "personal and family" reasons. Feel free to draw your own conclusions, fans always do.
I get the feeling that more changes are on the way, but those will be performanced based.
If you're one of the best, if not the best secondary coach in the country, you just don't up and resign from your ala mater for "personal and family reasons".
