What a week for both the Huskers and the Hawkeyes. With all the drama surrounding both programs you would think it was in the middle of the season. I know this much, on the field drama is a lot more fun to talk about than off the field drama. As we head into the weekend I want to provide you some reading material and ponder the questions that I ask that go along with them?
Do coaches really care about their recruits? Or do we simply barrow a line from the great movie "Cool Hand Luke" What we have here is a failure to communicate!
We have laws for a reason, this includes HIPPA laws. Next time you go to the hospital in Iowa City worry about your privacy, wait a minute, your not a football player so don't worry.
Bo Pelini like to talk on the telephone and not on television. I'm glad to see he was on the Big 10 Network Recruiting special. Of course you can always pay to hear what Bo Thinks. What a waste, read a newspaper.
I have received a lot of hate mail over the years, but nothing like Gregg Doyel from CBSsports.com. I'm sure has a high opinion of Iowa fan an their educational level.
I leave you with this thought... Drugs are bad and in some cases good looking, okay HOT coeds are even worse.
I hope all this reading material gets you thinking.
That was weird seeing a Husker helmet on Big 10 Network's signing day coverage, definitely going to take a while to get used to that.
ReplyDeleteWhat's your take on the Scott Frost situation and the posting online of the vacant OC position? Is this normal protocol?
I don't buy the argument that some think Scott Frost doesn't have enough experience to be an OC. Prior to 2003, Bo Pelini had never been a coordinator on any level of football.
GBR!
